MAINTENANCE WORKS FOR MEREDITH PRIMARY SCHOOL
Michaela Settle member for Eureka today announced Meredith Primary School is one of 49 schools which will share in over $17.3 million of funding from the Planned Maintenance Program (PMP).
Meredith Primary School will receive $250,518.61 to include foundation, revarnishing, roof and stormwater works.
The program funds high-priority maintenance works across Victoria’s government schools.
More students across the state are learning in upgraded classrooms and facilities thanks to the continued investment by the Allan Labor Government.
Works are determined by a rolling facilities evaluation process, which provides up-to-date information on the condition of schools.
The Government is building the Education State so every student can access a great local school and a quality education no matter where they live.
Including this latest round of funding, this program has funded $65.2 million for 211 projects at 207 schools in 2025.
The Labor Government has invested $16.9 billion over the past 10 years to build new schools and deliver more than 2,200 school upgrades − supporting more than 26,000 jobs in construction and associated industries.
